PRE-ARRIVAL

Airports & Transfer

5 minutes by car from Mykonos International Airport (JMK) and 15 minutes from Mykonos New Port (Tourlos). Private taxi transfers can be arranged through the hotel reception, for a charge.

Parking

Available on-site at no additional cost. Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the contents of vehicles or the vehicle itself.

Getting around

Car hire can be arranged on arrival, motorbikes and ATVs are also available.

Check-in/out:

Check-in: 15:00, Check-out: 11:00. Please contact us if alternative arrangements are required.

External food & beverages

Please note it is against our health and safety policy to bring food and beverages of any kind from outside onto our premises.

Special Dietary Requirements

Our Executive Chef will gladly tailor a menu to meet your individual needs, including allergies, intolerances and detox programmes. Please contact us before your visit to discuss your individual requirements, including special requests.

Banking/payment

All major credit cards and cash accepted. Payments must be made in Euros. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in all of Amyth Mykonos Super Paradise guestrooms, indoor areas and restaurants.

Dining at Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise        

- Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise casual dining room next to reception and the terrace area around the swimming pool serve breakfast daily, as well as lunch and dinner.
- Breakfast: 08:00 – 11:00.
- Lunch/Dinner: 12:30 – 22:00

Swimming pools

- Open from 09:00-20:00

Water sports centre

Please note that the water sports activities are operated by external partners. Please adhere to all terms and conditions stated at time of booking. Available activities include: waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving (Golden Palm five-star Award), snorkelling, banana rides, tube rides. Stand-up paddleboards, canoes and pedalos, jet skis and various sizes of motorboats may be rented. RYA (Royal Yachting Association) certified sailing courses are also available.

Shopping

Kult Boutique next to the reception retails a wide range of designer clothes, shoes and swimwear. Please refer to the Reception if you need any assistance with shopping.

YOUR ROOM

In-room safe

While we exercise every effort to ensure the safety and security of all personal items in guest rooms, please note that any items left in the room are left at the risk and responsibility of the owner, and that the hotel is not liable or responsible for any loss of, damage to or destruction of these items by any means, including theft, fire or any other occurrence. It is the responsibility of the guests to protect their property and they are encouraged to lock their rooms throughout their absence. For the convenience of guests, the hotel also provides free of charge a safe deposit box in each room. In the event of theft, guests are required to inform the hotel reception immediately so that the police can be notified as soon as possible.

Security of Valuables and Money

Upon arrival, the guest is required to hand over any valuables or significant items, as well as cash, to the hotel manager. A delivery-receipt protocol will be issued to confirm the receipt of these items. If the guest does not hand over their valuables and/or their cash, the hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to these items.

Lost Property

For our guests' convenience, we keep all lost items, valuables, or other found property for a period of one (1) month from the date our personnel found them. However, we have no obligation to contact our guests to inform them of any found items. If we are not notified by our guests that they have lost specific items, valuables, or property within one (1) month from their departure (check-out date), our hotel will not have any obligation to return them. It is our policy to dispose of any lost items, valuables, and property found in our hotel after one (1) month. In the event of any return of lost items, valuables, or property to you, the postage or courier costs will be borne by our guests.

Mini bar

Our mini bars are for the sole use of mini bar items. In accordance with our health and safety policy, they are not to be used as refrigerators for personal perishable items (with the exception of medication). Any mini bar items removed will be considered consumed and charged accordingly.

Please help us conserve energy and water by placing your towels in the bath when you would like them to be changed.

PET'S POLICY

Welcome to Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise! We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your dog. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your dog’s stay.

- Dog Fee: Please be aware that a non-refundable dog fee of €25 per night will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. Dogs are accepted in ALL accommodation options.

- Acceptable Dogs: We welcome all well-mannered dogs which are house trained, vaccinated and not bigger than 15 kilos. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.

- Dog Control / Containment in Public Areas: Dogs are allowed only in the outdoor area the pool restaurant. Dogs must be leashed, caged, or firmly held. Guest must have control of their dog at all times in order to avoid any altercations with other dogs or guests in the hotel.

Kindly note: The hotel is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.

- Dog in Room Sign: Please place the Dog in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your dog is in your room.

- Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your dog is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your dog, or (c) your dog is caged.
Kindly note: Housekeeping is not responsible for removal of dog waste from the rooms.

- Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas: ‘I will be responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by my dog’.

- Release & Indemnification: ‘I agree to release, defend, and indemnify Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise and the General Manager from any and all claims or damages related to my dog or my dog’s stay at the Amyth of Mykonos Super Paradise Hotel, including any claims by third-parties.’
